24-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. To ensure appointment availability for all patients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
A $50 fee will be charged in the following circumstances:
- Late Cancellation: Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- No-Show: Failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing notice.
Payment of Cancellation/No-Show Fee
The $50 fee will be charged immediately to the payment method kept on file. If there is no valid payment method on file, an invoice for the $50 fee will be sent directly to the patient for payment.
Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must be paid in full before scheduling or receiving future services.
We understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies can occur. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of management.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy, including authorization to charge the applicable $50 fee to the payment method on file.
